The Učka Mountains used to be a popular excursion destination for tourists in Istria. Many tourists also spent a few days at Učka Resort Hotel to enjoy the surrounding nature park.
However, the hotel has been closed for years, abandoned, completely trashed and left to rot.
The hotel has been on sale for some time for 1.6 million, but it will also cost a considerable amount afterwards to invest in the renovation of the hotel so that it can be put back into use. Only a new owner can make it happen again!
